Our story begins on a small cacao farm in Villa Riva in the Dominican Republic, where the founders’ mother was born and raised among rows of cacao trees and coffee bushes, learning the rhythms of the harvest by hand.
That family heritage instilled a respect for the bean, the farmers, and the craft of turning raw cacao into something beautiful, nourishing, and ephemeral yet eternal.
Today, TheoBrew is on a mission to modernize how cacao is farmed, harvested, processed, and turned into finished products without losing the soul of the land.
